Online inquiryThe NPT-type internal expanding chuck operates with a rear-pulling action. When fitted with a stop block, it achieves precise axial positioning against the stop block. Due to the rear-pulling of the simple clamp, it fully conforms to the chuck body, pressing against the stop device to form a stable and firm clamping force. Even when clamping shorter workpieces, the clamping force maintains the same efficiency.
Using a segmented simple clamp, the tapered surface of the clamp fully fits the chuck body, thus forming an integrated solid fixture, greatly enhancing machining rigidity, mechanical stability, and clamping accuracy.
It is suitable for CNC lathes, specialized machines, or other turning machinery, mainly for turning, grinding, milling, and other machining operations.
High concentricity and repeatability within 0.01mm.
Optional installation of an air-tightness detection device is possible. Suitable for through hole clamping.
